Medieval Lanes IV

The last of the four medieval lanes is Feathers Lane (although I have seen it called Fletchers Lane, a fletcher was an arrow-maker). Not the most prepossessing of places, if you walk up it you come to a gate at the end, which, if you are lucky, will be open. It takes you into another world, which you can follow round...

Once you go through the gate, you discover this building,
totally hidden in the heart of Chester...
...then you can turn left, down this
unpromising alleyway...

...keep going...
...and then you come out, through the
door on the right, into Bridge St Row
