Boneswaldesthorne's Tower

Boneswaldesthorne's Tower is on the north-west of the city walls, and is occasionally open to the public. It has a camera obscura on the top, and is joined to the Water Tower. There is a strange free-standing structure at the end of the walkway nearest this tower, shaped like a large niche for a statue.
