Pembertons Parlour

One of the towers on the north section of the city walls, Pembertons Parlour was once known as the Goblin Tower. The Goblin Tower was largely destroyed during the Civil War, and  was re-named after John Pemberton, a Mayor of Chester  who supervised men working at his ropewalk from this tower.
